All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) on a per night per property basis and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. All other transactions are in NZD and include GST of 15%.

You must be 18 years or over.
All reservations made through this website must be accompanied by a valid credit/debit card. 20% of the reservation will be charged at the time of the booking. The remainder will be charged 14 days before check-in.
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX):
A 2.9% credit card fee applies to credit card transactions . This will be automatically applied at the time of payment.
Bank Transfer:
Occasionally we do allow bank transfer. Any bank transfer fees are payable by the guest. Please confirm with your bank that your payment includes bank transfer fees for sending and receiving.
We do charge a security deposit which is refunded if the property has not been damaged in any way. Please note that the refund usually takes 5-7 days depending on your credit card company.
Before you book, make sure you’re comfortable with our cancellation policy which applies even if you cancel for illness or disruptions caused by COVID-19.

- If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nightsIf you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund

All cancellations and amendments must be received via email ([email protected]), or your booking agent. Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card charged for the original transaction.

48 hours prior to your arrival you will be issued with your check-in instructions.
We have a strict non-smoking or vaping policy for all of our guests on our properties. If we detect the home has been smoked in you will forfeit your bond.
We understand that accidents can happen and we would appreciate you letting us know immediately when a spillage or breakage occurs. This enables us to attend to this immediately to minimise long term damage and potential claim for costs. Any other damages or breakages that are caused through carelessness or disrespect of our property will be charged accordingly.
Strictly Not Permitted

You may request an early check-in or late check-out and if the property is available we will do our best to accommodate.
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately and you will forfeit your bond.
Please no smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. If we detect the home has been smoked in you will forfeit your bond.
There are no cameras inside for the privacy of our guests. However, some of our properties do have external cameras for extra security and for the protection of the property.
