FAQ's

What is your cancelation policy?

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights.

If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.

You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts from 3:00pm

Check-out time is 10:00am

Can I request and early check-in or late check-out?

You may request an early check-in or late check-out and if the property is available we will do our best to accommodate.

Are parties allowed?

We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately and you will forfeit your bond.

Can I smoke or vape in the home?

Please no smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. If we detect the home has been smoked in you will forfeit your bond.

Are there any cameras at the property?

There are no cameras inside for the privacy of our guests. However, some of our properties do have external cameras for extra security and for the protection of the property.

How do I request the additional experiences?

Once you have made a reservation you will be sent an online check-in form where you can book the additional experiences. Alternatively you can contact us at any time to book an experience.
