Initially I was totally surprised with how quickly we started getting bookings, and then bookings just never stopped coming in. The original appeal was that it was great to be part of such a select collection of luxury properties (much better than the Joe-average homes you see elsewhere!). In our first meeting we quickly realised that they really knew their stuff and I had utmost confidence that not only would they bring us the bookings but also maximise the income by appealing to a more upmarket demographic than its competitors.
It was with some trepidation that we decided to furnish and lease our penthouse apartment in Auckland. It took a similar leap of faith to contract Stay Luxe to manage this relatively exclusive service for us. After six months we have not been disappointed.
Stay Luxe’s network of advertising platforms and booking agents have enabled us to host a constant stream of foreign and domestic guests. They have been pleasant to deal with and our apartment has been immaculately maintained. We are very pleased with all the bookings and blown away with the income we have been able to generate. Before meeting Stay Luxe we were concerned that if we rented our large waterfront property it would attract party groups, but after our first meeting with them we were confident they would be able to prevent this through the extremities taken to screen the guests.

Stay in your property as much as you like. We never put restrictions on when you can personally use your home.
There are little out-of-pocket expenses to get started. The majority of our costs are taken out of your first month's rental revenue.
Our expert cleaners are trained in the latest safety and cleanliness standards. We work to keep the same staff cleaning the same home so they become knowledgeable of your home.
Our inspectors are comprehensive and thorough. We carefully inspect every home before and after every guest stays.

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights.
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.
You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

You may request an early check-in or late check-out and if the property is available we will do our best to accommodate.
We have zero tolerance for parties. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately and you will forfeit your bond.
Please no smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. If we detect the home has been smoked in you will forfeit your bond.
There are no cameras inside for the privacy of our guests. However, some of our properties do have external cameras for extra security and for the protection of the property.
